I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a few issues, with a broken and very uncomfortable pull-out bed in the second bedroom, but the master bedroom was quite cozy. The highlight was the 60-inch TV available in two of the bedrooms. The service was decent with the new management and staff, however, there were some challenges with the commercial services and laundry. The dining experience seemed to lack variety, although there was praise for the pizza. The facilities appeared to be satisfactory overall.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just three bus stops away from the shopping area. The rooms offer a mix of modern and spacious settings with a minor inconvenience in the pull-out bed. The service under the new management and staff is commendable, although the absence of certain commercial services may be felt. The dining experience may be limited to small dishes, but the overall value for money is notable.
The hotel has a superb location, right across from the outlet and only 3 bus stops away from the city center shopping area. The rooms are comfortable, but the broken and very uncomfortable pull-out bed could be a downside. The new management and staff provide good service, and there are shops and commercial services available. The dining experience offers fresh pasta, enhancing the stay. However, the value for money could be a concern.
